This Woman Lost 89 Kg in 18 Months with Just One Diet Change


Here you can see the story of a woman gaining weight, over 150 kg. she was obese and had other health issues too. It started with her pregnancy at age 17. She ate more and doctors told her she had 1 year of life left.

She wanted to change this and stopped with junk food. She cooked healthy and even snacked healthy. She lost 89 kg in year and a half.
