Things You'll Need
- 8 oz. apple juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fruit (frozen or fresh)
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Peel the banana and break it up into sections. Put the banana in the blender with a cup of any fruit.
Blend the mix until it is smooth. Add the protein powder and blend again until the powder is mixed throughout.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
