Things You'll Need
  • Gentle shampoo
  • Pure aloe vera
  • Water
  • Airtight containers
  • Lemon
  • Essential oil
  • Aloe vera hair gel

1. Mix a cup of the shampoo with 2 cups of aloe vera. Make sure you use a pure aloe vera compound, not a chemically enhanced combination. The bottle should read 100% stabilized. Mix the two ingredients thoroughly.

2. Wet your hair over the sink or in the shower. Massage the mixture into your hair and pay extra attention to the scalp. Rinse the mixture off thoroughly with cool water. Keep the remainder in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

3. Make your own conditioner by adding the juice from 1 lemon, ½ cup of pure aloe vera, and a few drops of essential oil for fragrance. Mix thoroughly and keep in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
