Another great anti-cancer juice option is cabbage. The bitter taste may be off putting to some, so add carrot juice to balance the flavor. This vegetable is rich in vitamin K, C, fiber, manganese, B6, folic acid, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, phyto-nutrients and antioxidants. According to the, cabbage juice can lower the risk of colon, lung, breast and prostate cancer. Red cabbage is best, but white cabbage as well as kale, broccoli and collard greens can also be used for this anti-cancer juice recipe.

Quick Recipe
For a quick anti-cancer juice, blend beetroot (about half), celery (about 20-percent), carrot (about 20 percent), potato (about 3 percent) and radish (about 2-percent). Drink daily.
