How to Lose Body Fat by Drinking Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is used for loosing weight and reducing body fat. Drinking apple cider vinegar as a diet aid helps increase metabolism, burn fat, suppress appetite and reduce water weight gain. Apple cider vinegar contains vitamins E, A and C, plus calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Drinking it will also purify your blood, restore alkaline-acid balance, reduce cholesterol and aid in digestion.

1. Buy apple cider vinegar at your local health food store or grocery store. Raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with "mother" sediment contains more vitamins, minerals and fiber than regular filtered vinegar. While unfiltered apple cider vinegar has more health benefits, it also costs more, and usually produces the same weight loss results as filtered vinegar. Buy brown apple cider vinegar (not white) if using the filtered type.

2. Mix 1 to 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz. of water, fruit juice or vegetable juice. If desired, add honey and cinnamon. The bitter vinegar taste will become tolerable with time. Mixing your apple cider vinegar with water and drinking it quickly works best.

3. Drink the vinegar mixture 15 to 20 minutes before each meal and before bedtime for two weeks. Depending on your weight and amount of body fat, it's not unusual to lose five to ten pounds during the first few weeks.

4. Rinse your mouth with water after drinking the vinegar but do not brush, as apple cider vinegar can damage tooth enamel---especially if you sip it slowly.

5. Drink apple cider vinegar two to three times each day after the second week to lose additional body fat and keep it off. Add a dose or two on days when you feel bloated or sluggish. If you eat a huge meal, drink the mixture when you get home.
